Married At First Sight UK star Polly has shared yet another snap documenting her weight loss journey, following her on-screen husband Adam's controversial comments about her.
It's clear Channel 4 viewers have been absolutely obsessed with Polly's weight loss, ever since she shared side-by-side pictures comparing herself in March and July and explaining she lost two stones 'with some help'.
Opening up about her changed lifestyle habits, Polly said the weight loss was down to 'upping [her] water intake' as well as 'eating less and moving more', alongside finding a 'huge passion for fitness again'.
And Polly's now given fans another look into her weight loss journey.

Taking to Instagram yesterday (11 Nov), Polly shared a snap to her story of her enjoying a 'hot tub afternoon' on a trip away to Center Parcs in Elvedon Forest, Suffolk, with her pals.
She posed in a black cut-out swimsuit doing a peace sign.
Fans have since flooded Polly's comments with compliments with one Instagram user writing: "You look 10/10."
"You look stunning Polly," echoed another, while a third added: "Looking incredible!"

In the reality show, Polly and Adam's relationship has been far from sunshine and roses.
Speaking of his new bride, Adam previously admitted: "The initial attraction's not 100 percent there. She's not my usual type. 10 out of 10 for me would be petite, brunette, dark features, tan.
"She's not what I expected."

He then later revealed to the cameras: "Oh, the wedding night it did get a bit intimate.
"Thinking about it, I realised that maybe I shouldn't have done it just because I don't know where my head's at."
He's also previously been slammed for his 'vile' behaviour towards Polly, and has given sofa critics 'the ick' over his 'shameful' reaction to another bride.

On the topic of her looks, Polly has also previously hit out at body-shaming trolls on social media, posting a photo of her donning some Ann Summers lingerie - courtesy of her 'hubby'.
In a lengthy caption, the reality TV star acknowledged that she's received 'a lot' of positive comments about her weight loss since the show aired.
However, she revealed she was 'absolutely horrified' following the pretty explosive episode a few weeks back (29 October), writing: "I had absolutely nothing from the general public saying that I'm insecure with myself for weeks, and lo and behold, here you are making me all insecure of what I looked like."
She continued: "Body shaming and making someone feel insecure (no matter how they look now) who is already going through stress is one of the worst things you can do.

"When you body shame someone ONLINE and PUBLICLY, others are listening. A friend with an eating disorder, someone struggling to lose baby weight, younger family members who have unrealistic body issues."
Polly explained that body shaming a person 'in the name of advising them to be a certain way or to make fun of someone's size' is a form of sarcasm and 'mentally hurtful'.
"I lost my weight for my own reasons and none of you know why," she shared. "Body shaming leads to horrendous extremes in which I hope never happens to me because of this but I can assure you it definitely hasn't helped with how I feel about myself even after losing so much weight."
Branding body shaming as 'one of the most disgusting things you can do to another person', adding that it's 'even worse' when done online, Polly scolded: "You should all be so ashamed of yourselves."
"The next time someone body shames anyone, just remember you're an AWFUL human being," she rounded off.
"So congratulations on making a young girl who's been vulnerable and herself on TV, feel like s**t all over again, so well done."
