If you feel like you might recognise some of the cast of Married at First Sight UK, it may be because you've spotted them on other TV shows.
There seems to be a lot of crossover on TV at the minute between shows.
First we have Joey Essex enter the Love Island villa and then pop up on Selling Sunset, and it seems as though some of the cast of MAFS UK are not strangers to the world of Telly after all.

Relationship experts Paul C Brunson, Charlene Douglas and Mel Schilling have really got their work cut out with these lot.
There are currently four cast members that have had TV cameos before appearing on the show, and with all this drama, it's hardly a surprise it's not their first time!
Sacha Jones
Sacha Jones, 29, is currently married to Ross McCarthy, 32, as part of the series.

But she first made an appearance on our screens in 2022, when she appeared in five episodes of the reality show Beauty and The Geek.
The concept of the show brings high-IQ ‘geeks’ together with drop-dead gorgeous 'bombshells', to see what the pairs can learn from each other.
She also starred in the 2013 series Beauty School Cop Outs, which saw young people enrolling into a beauty school in Manchester.
Lacey Martin
Lacey Martin, 27, got wed to Nathan Campbell, 24, on the show, but it's also not her first time on a reality show.

She appeared on Dress to Impress in 2020 with her twin sister, who Nathan mistook for his bride-to-be in the first episode of MAFS UK...awkward!
She also featured briefly on Fred’s Last Resort, a series where Fred Sirieix takes 12 young Brits to see if he can train them up to run a luxury hotel.
Charlie Curtis
Charlie Curtis, 30, is up next, and was part of the first couple to leave the show, after getting wed to 31-year-old Eve Reid.

These two were nothing but drama, but Charlie isn't a stranger to the on-screen world.
She previously starred alongside Lindsay Lohan in Lovestruck High, an Amazon show.
The Mean Girls star shipped 15 singles from the UK over to experience an American high school, all hoping to find love - and Charlie was one of those.
Alex Henry
And it's no surprise as to which groom has had previous experience in front of the camera, as he's already causing trouble by being on the show.
Advert
Alex Henry has found himself in a spot of bother, after abandoning his military post to go and film the show.
But he's previously starred in a Channel 4 dating series, Let’s Make A Love Scene, but it seems as though his episode never made it to air.
