In a world dominated by more streaming services than we can count, it’s never been more difficult to sit down at the end of a long day and choose what to watch.
One way to try and narrow down the list is by checking what score it’s gotten on popular aggregator website, Rotten Tomatoes.
If you’re lucky enough to find a film or series with a score of over 90 percent - you’re guaranteed to have found something you won’t regret watching.

Because we all know there’s nothing worse than thinking ‘well that’s two hours of my life I’ll never get back.’
One film which has been lauded by critics and viewers alike since its 2014 release is Nightcrawler, which sits pretty at 95 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
It’s on streaming giant Netflix for you to enjoy - but only until 29th March.

Nightcrawler is a spine-tingling thriller starring Jake Gyllenhaal as Lou Bloom, a low-level criminal who becomes obsessed with capturing violent events late at night, recording them and selling them to news stations for profit.
He even goes as far as buying a police scanner and learning police codes so he can be the first to the catastrophic scenes.
His growing success does little to satiate his hunger for capturing these scenes, and he gets more and more desperate.

Gyllenhaal’s co-star is Riz Ahmed, who plays a homeless man that assists Lou Bloom.
Ahmed has now gone on to achieve global critical acclaim, starring in drama The Sound of Metal (which garnered a similarly impressive 97% on Rotten Tomatoes!)
So, next time you’re wondering what to watch, Nightcrawler is well worth a watch before it leaves Netflix.
But don’t just take my word for it.

One critic, Scott Marks, wrote: “A gritty urban comedy noir, a scathing, Network-worthy disembowelment of television news gatherers that will leave you craving a shower.”
And Brian Viner wrote for the Daily Mail: “The film, at one level, is a screeching indictment of the American appetite, far more voracious than our own, for small-scale human suffering at the top of local news bulletins.”
A review in The Los Angeles Times labelled Gyllenhaal in Nightcrawler as 'remarkable'.

And if that wasn’t enough, The Guardian went so far as to call it the 'best performance of [Gyllenhaal’s] career'.
