Twenty years on from his own arrival into the I'm A Celebrity jungle and Peter Andre has handed some pearls of wisdom down to the incoming 2024 campmates.
And oddly, it's not the type of advice you might have expected from an ITV alum.
The brand new series of IAC is set to launch in a matter of days and yesterday, producers released first look images at all of this year's stars as part of the annual teaser shoot.

Joining presenters Ant and Dec Down Under on a nightly hit are the likes of much-loved WAG Coleen Rooney, McFly singer Danny Jones, Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse, Loose Women panellist Jane Moore, Radio 1 star Dean McCullough, N-Dubz performer Tulisa and boxing promoter Barry McGuigan.
The line-up will also see television presenter Melvin Odoom taking part, alongside Coronation Street's Alan Halsall and TikTok influencer GK Barry, with Love Island bombshell Maura Higgins and radio host and author Rev Richard Coles widely expected to arrive as late entrants.
The next three weeks will see the fresh-faced celebs be put through their faces in a series of insect-littered Bushtucker Trials, all the while having their food limited by producers to gain a flavour of what it's like to be on survivor mode.

And according to former IAC contestant Peter Andre, it's this aspect of the show that incoming campmates should be more cautious of.
The 'Mysterious Girl' singer appeared on the show back in 2004 - where he came face-to-face with now-ex wife Katie Price for the first time - and has since issued some vital advice to this year's stars about preparing to feel hungry for the foreseeable future.
Writing in his weekly OK! column, the father-of-five wrote: "It’s that time of year again when I’m A Celeb is getting ready to hit our screens.
"If I was to give contestants any advice it would be about food. So many people would say, 'Oh, eat loads because you’ll be so hungry when you get in there'."

It was then that Peter dropped the bombshell: "But I’d say the exact opposite."
He went on: "If you’re not used to lack of food, your body will go into shock whereas if you limit yourself slowly, it’ll be easier.
"I wish I had done that – the constant hunger was definitely worse than the Bushtucker Trials and there are definitely no secret meals that are given out if you’re hungry."
The Aussie musician's advice comes just a few months after his two eldest children - Junior, 19, and Princess, 17, both of whom he shares with Katie - hinted that they might one day be keen to appear on the show.

Asked what was 'next' for the two youngsters in another interview with OK!, Princess admitted she'd 'love' to be a TV presenter.
"I’d love to host something like Love Island," the teen added. "I wouldn’t want to take part in the show as a contestant but I’d love to be as good a host as Maya Jama."
Junior chipped in: "I’m focusing on myself and my music and acting, and I’ve got a couple of other projects coming up, too, but you’ll have to wait and see on that."

He later revealed: "I’ve said before that we’d love to do I’m A Celebrity… It’s where our parents met, so it’s why we’re here in the first place."
"We’d have to do it together," Princess added, "but that would be fun. I’d be terrified, but it would be so iconic."
