Tell Me Lies star Jackson White was told by a sex coach on set to change his 'thrusting' technique after admitting they would sometimes film the X-rated scenes all day long.
I've always thought that pretending to have sex on set with multiple directors and coaches watching you has to be one of the most awkward situations to ever exist.
Well, according to White - who stars as Stephen DeMarco in the drama series - he wasn't quite getting it right to begin with.
The series, on Hulu, follows the story of Stephen and Lucy Albright (played by Grace Van Patten) as they meet at college, quickly falling into an extremely toxic relationship.

While it's packed with deceit and drama, the two seasons of the show make for a very steamy watch.
The show is littered with sex scenes, and it's just as well that the main characters played by White and Van Patten happen to be dating in real life too.
That has to help beat the embarrassment, right?
And who else would White divulge the intimate information to other than his parents - mum Katey Sagal and stepdad Kurt Sutter - on their podcast PIE.

In an episode of the show, he explained how exactly the moment played out.
The 28-year-old recalled: "Someone was like, ‘He’s not thrusting right.’ I was like, ‘How?' They’re like, ‘Well, he’s kind of, it doesn’t look like he’s inside. So, we have to make it so that it’s more realistic'."
He added that production members had likened his moves to more of a 'body roll' than a 'thrust', but it wasn't long before he got the hang of it.

They noted that they wanted to see him be 'more stationary', as the star explain: "We worked on it, and I … nailed it."
He also spoke about the 'week' in which they would film sex scenes, as intimacy coordinators were brought in to help out.
White said: "You got one sex coordinator - one intimacy coordinator - that would line up with a week.

“So, it would be like a sex week, and there would be sex scenes all day long. It would be like sex days, and then I’d be in my trailer."
The spicy series, with some pretty dark themes at times, was first released in September 2022.
The second season debuted on Hulu just last month, and it has been a firm fan favourite.
And although viewers can't wait for a third season, creators haven't yet confirmed or denied whether this could be a possibility.
