YES CHEF! The Bear is finally back for season three, and no doubt many of you have already rattled through the new series after it dropped at the end of June.
The Emmy Award-winning show follows Carmen ‘Carmy’ Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) as he transforms his brother’s sandwich shop into a fine dining restaurant, bringing the original crew along with him for the ride after roping in ambitious chef Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri) to help steer the ship.
For the third instalment, the staff are busy elevating the restaurant – now named The Bear – to the highest level, while doing their best just to stay in business during what often feels like a ‘losing battle’.

“Carmy pushes himself harder than ever, and demands excellence from his crew, who do their best to match his intensity,” Disney says of the new season.
While many fans will have already binged the entire series (thank you, streaming gods, for giving it to us in one serving!), there might be a few details you’ve missed.
That includes one blink-and-you-miss-it cameo from a celebrity who also has a famous chef role, prompting people to wonder if there could be an unexpected link between the two separate restaurant worlds.

The cameo, which lands in the season finale titled ‘Forever’, comes in the form of a photo – a still from the 2015 film Burnt, which stars Bradley Cooper as highly-strung chef Adam Jones.
While the movie was panned critically at the time, it’s garnered something of a cult following in the years since.
The crossover comes when Carmy arrives at the restaurant Ever, which is being closed down by his mentor Terry (Olivia Colman).
As he walks through a hallway covered in photos of chefs from the show’s universe, that’s where Cooper’s Adam pops up.

“Bradley Cooper’s character from Burnt exists in The Bear universe!!!!!” one fan tweeted excitedly.
“I think this implies that Bradley Cooper studied at this restaurant for his role in Burnt, a movie that exists in The Bear,” someone else said.
A third wrote: “The new season of The Bear has a split-second shot of a photo of Bradley Cooper’s character in Burnt, implying he exists in the universe of the show. This is going to drive me insane.”
