In among the plethora of nail-biting thrillers that have landed on our screens in recent weeks, there's one particularly 'horrifying' new big-name crime-drama that has kept viewers on the edge of their seats.
So much so, that many of those who've rattled their way through the entire series - which apparently boasts a 'great cast' and 'gripping story' - are begging producers for a follow-up instalment. ASAP.

Despite the current prominence of hotly-debated TV chillers like real-life drama Baby Reindeer and the harrowing new Ashley Madison documentary, this six-episode banger has flown somewhat under the radar.
This is possibly because it’s from a channel you may not have heard of - Alibi - which is one that many telly fanatics actually have free access to without realising.
But just because it's not being publicised across TikTok or hitting any controversial headlines doesn't mean it isn't worth a watch - as many satisfied viewers can now vouch for.
Despite premiering a few weeks ago on the relatively low-key channel - which was originally named UK Arena, before forming part of UKTV Drama, which is owned by BBC Studios - The Red King continues to remain a hit.
Starring the likes of British acting moguls Anjli Mohindra and Jill Halfpenny, the new thriller series follows police sergeant Grace Narayen as she is sent to a fictional Welsh island in search of a missing boy.

She soon understands that locals devote themselves to a pagan god – hence the show’s name.
And apparently, since binging their way through the blood-chilling boxset, many fans are demanding a second series.
Taking to social media this week, one gushed: "Has anybody else been or is watching the New 6Pt series of The Red King on Alibi? I have just finished watching it and loved it. @alibi_channel Second series please?"
Another went on: "Really enjoyed The Red King @AnjMohindra season 2?????"

"I thought it was brilliant! One of the best things I’ve watched for ages. Great cast, and gripping story," a third tweeted.
Another said it was 'well worth a watch', and one felt it was ‘a Wicker Man for the 21st Century’.
A fifth agreed: "We started watching this series and it's going down the Wicker Man path and I'm loving it."

And luckily, those with access to Sky or Now can stream The Red King in full for free right now.
That's my Saturday night sorted.
