This Morning's Alison Hammond has responded to a viewer's comment calling her relationship with co-star Dermot O'Leary 'tense'.
The duo took over hosting duties on the ITV breakfast programme following Philip Schofield's departure amid news of his affair with a colleague at the network.
Hammond and O'Leary previously presented This Morning's Friday show but took over the Monday slot too - Hammond a firm favourite to replace Schofield permanently.

However, one viewer has spoken out against the presenter, arguing there is 'tension' between Hammond and co-host O'Leary.
Hammond uploaded a video to her Instagram of her and O'Leary dancing and singing along in the studio ahead of this morning's programme (Thursday, 13 July).
She captioned the recording: "Thursday’s vibes coming your way with the lovely @dermotoleary and me and some special guests including @drzoewilliams @lilyallen and steve Pemberton @knackeredmother @nathanthonyy @heartzeena @theresachung @georgiatoffolo @official_bankofdave tune into @thismorning at 10am."

However, as always, a someone decided to crawl out of the depths of the internet and poo-poo on the happy presenters.
The user wrote: "Wow the tension between you two is palpable."
And Hammond responded to the hater in the simplest yet most affective way - with a laughing emoji.

It's clear the user is pretty much alone in their view of Hammond and O'Leary's relationship being strained at all, as other fans of the presenter have flooded to the post in support.
One Instagram user said: "Good friends having a bit of fun. What more could we want as I said before ‘a breath of fresh air’."
"Yeah looks like you have a really turbulent friendship!!!! love you two cannot wait for today!" A second commented.
And a third resolved: "I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much chemistry with a duo on this show. I only love to watch it these days with these pair of gems. You guys literally light up my living room."

The bets are on as who will permanently replace Schofield on the programme
While there's only Schofield's place up for grabs - Willoughby remaining onboard - many viewers want both Hammond and O'Leary to stay.
One user said: "I vote Alison and Dermot as the permanent feature (everyday) such a wonderful energy and such lovely spirited individuals."

"I LOVE you two, funny, kind and I agree you need to be full time! You are the best," another chimed.
An ITV spokesman told The Sun: "Alison, Dermot and Holly are all valued members of the This Morning family and all enjoy working together on the show, as well as having friendships outside of the show."
