Vanessa Feltz didn't have the best experience on Celebs Go Dating as she walked out of a date long before finishing her meal.
If you're not familiar with the E4 show, the title is pretty self explanatory. There's a bunch of celebrities and they go on dates with people, think First Dates but one half of the date is someone off the telly.
Anyhow, Vanessa Feltz recently split up with long term partner Ben Ofoedu and so newly single, has ended up appearing on the latest run of Celebs Go Dating.

However, her time looking for love didn't exactly go well as she walked out of a date long before the pair of them had finished their meal.
Last night's (23 August) episode showed her on a date with fishmonger and football fan Richard, but there didn't seem to be much of a spark between them right from the beginning.
While they sat down for a spot of fish and chips in a restaurant Feltz didn't seem that interested in the date, not bothering much with Richard's attempts at conversation and scrolling through her phone at the table.

He asked her what sort of person she was looking for and she told him she didn't really know, while shrugging before mustering the enthusiasm to say 'someone nice, someone fun, someone exciting and dynamic' in a way which definitely implied she hadn't seen the latter two qualities in Richard.
Sadly for the friendly fishmonger he asked whether she thought that was a fitting description of him and in response Feltz walked out.
Leaving Richard with a handshake, a thank you and a parting message that it was nice to meet him, she gathered her things and left while there was still plenty of the meal to get through.
On the plus side, she did leave behind what looked like a sizeable portion of chips which Richard was free to dig into and once out of there she said there was 'no spark whatsoever' between them.

People watching the episode reckon Vanessa was quite rude to Richard, with people taking to social media to slate her as 'so rude'.
One person slammed for for an 'appalling treatment of both dates' and that it was a 'poor show' to be looking through her phone in the middle of a date.
Another sympathised with Richard and said 'leaving during the meal is not nice', while a third said 'she will stay single a long time if she treats people like that'.

Someone else said she could have ended the date with 'honesty and decency' instead of just walking off.
Her behaviour on another date was also criticised as after a date with another man, Alex, she left telling him she had to go and do her show before saying he was 'really a very nice person' but she found him 'f**king dull and f**king boring', which people said was 'horribly uncalled for'.
Tyla has contacted Vanessa Feltz's representatives for comment.
