Baby Reindeer star Richard Gadd has revealed why he won't be starring in a future show he's currently working on.
Despite the monumental success of the Netflix series - which dominated the top spot on the streaming platform for weeks - Gadd has explained there are a 'couple of reasons' why he won't be acting in his next show.

ICYMI - although we think that would be pretty impossible - Baby Reindeer is the comedian's 'true story' of how he was relentlessly harassed by a stalker, named Martha.
Richard plays himself in the series (although his character is named Donny Dunn), which chronicles his jaw-dropping tale of stalking and abuse.
Baby Reindeer recounts how Donny fell victim to a relentless case of stalking after giving Martha a free cup of tea at the pub where he worked.
Gadd has since confirmed he actually did receive over 40,000 emails, 740 tweets, 350 hours of voicemail, 100 letters and 45 Facebook messages from his real-life stalker.
And the drama didn't stop once the show had aired.

Internet sleuths quickly tracked down who they believed to be the 'real-life Martha', who was then interviewed on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
Morgan was criticised for the chat, after viewers admitted the interview, with a woman named Fiona Harvey, made them 'uncomfortable'.
One person wrote: "This is making me really uncomfortable now, it's not funny anymore. This is actually real life."
While another said: "Shame on you for interviewing Fiona, all you care about is clicks and views."

While Gadd hasn't spoken about Harvey specifically, he did urge fans not to go looking for the real-life people behind the show.
And now, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Gadd has explained why he won't be taking on another acting role in his upcoming work.
Speaking about six-part drama, Lions, which is coming to the BBC, Gadd - who will be writing on the show - said: "No, I’m not going to act in that, for a couple of reasons.

"For Baby Reindeer, it added a layer of intrigue because it happened to me and I think it made the piece more interesting."
Gadd explained he didn't want his 'sudden recognition' getting in the way of the show.
"But I want Lions to exist as a piece of art, as a piece of work without my sudden recognition getting in the way," he added.
"Which is why we’ll cast people who aren’t me in the principal roles."
