Viewers have ranked what they believe to be the worst TV finale ending of all time - and it likely isn't what you'll expect.
We all know the pain of settling down to what we know is the final ever episode of our favourite series, only to discover the writers have managed to totally ruin it all within a fateful 60 minutes we'll never be able to forgive.
Bo McCready, who gathers data online, participated in Tableau and IMDb's #DataPlusTV Challenge, and has released the startling results.

Without further ado, here are what the people have deemed to be the 10 worst finales of all time.
10. Mythbusters
The long-running reality show that enlists Hollywood special effects experts to debunk rumours, urban legends and popular myths has captivated viewers ever since it first aired in 2003.

Ultimately, though, people were left unimpressed with the finale in 2018, which looked at whether dropping molten salt into a toilet could unblock it.
The ending earned 4.4 out of 10, versus a 7.2 episode average.
9. Bloodline
The Netflix show was an absolute slam dunk in the beginning.

The show, starring Linda Cardellini, Ben Mendelsohn and Kyle Chandler centred around the fictional Rayburn family living in Islamorada, Florida, as they battled a generation worth of secrets.
The collected data shows that the finale scored just 5.1 despite an average episode rating of 7.9.
8. Power
The American crime drama-thriller television series, which was created in collaboration with 50 Cent, was one of the most intense series on telly.

It followed the story of Ghost, real name James St. Patrick, a drug dealer.
His high stakes exploits gripped viewers - until it disappointed them during the final episode.
With one viewer branding the last episode a 'disaster' on X, it ranked just 5.3 versus an average of 8.4 per episode.
7. Ragnarok
The Norwegian fantasy drama starring David Stakston as Magne Seier and the reincarnation of Thor, god of thunder, was a hit with Netflix viewers.

First premiering in 2020, it ran for three seasons with the finale in 2023 appearing to sully the show's reputation.
It bombed with a 3.8 score against a 7.3 average.
6. Two and a Half Men
The beloved comedy, which started off starring Charlie Sheen before his multitude of controversy, then adapted to bring in Ashton Kutcher as Walden Thoreau Schmidt, an internet billionaire.
Fans warmed to the new format before feeling let down by the finale back in 2015.
It scored just 3.8 against a 7.3 average.
5. Dexter
If you ask any fan of TV dramas to give you their top five, there's a good chance Dexter will be mentioned - though it will quickly be followed up with something about the finale ruining it.
The show, about a as a forensic technician and vigilante killer living in Miami, enthralled viewers as Dexter narrowly evaded capture again and again. Plus, it was really good to see the bad guys get their comeuppance.
Despite the series being rated very high overall, many think the finale was rushed and ill-judged.
Usually scoring an 8.5 average per episode, the finale got 4.7.
4. Killing Eve
The contagious spy thriller which propelled Jodie Comer to global stardom got off to a flying start, as she starred as the inimitable Villanelle.
Balancing drama, humour and sexual tension in equal measure, viewers absolutely loved the unpredictable series.
A harrowing event in the final episode left fans completely heartbroken though - and led to it being condemned as 'ruined'.
The finale scored just 3.4 against a 7.8 episode average.
3. Game of Thrones
Many readers may be expecting this to be first on the list of bad endings, as it's gone down in history as plain awful.
The fantasy series ran for nine years and became some people's entire personality.
Incest, dragons and intrigue, it had it all.
'The Iron Throne, which aired in 2019, scored 4 versus an average of 8.8.
2. The Promised Neverland
A Japanese manga series which followed a group of orphaned children as they hatch a plan to make a great escape from the orphanage and the sinister truth, the series was beloved by many.
The finale aired in 2021 and felt like a blow to many.
In a startling score drop, the average of 8 had to face a measly 2.8 finale.
1. House of Cards
The riveting political drama starring Kevin Spacey as Francis Underwood, who eventually becomes President, and Robin Wright as Claire Underwood, dazzled audiences with the watertight dialogue and thrilling pace.
Spacey faced personal controversies which were highly publicised and led to his exit from the show - but it attempted to keep going and deliver a finale anyway.
It was scored terribly badly, earning just 2.6 versus an episode average of 8.1.
