Usually she mixes the apple cider vinegar with water while in the shower.
She then pours the mixture over her heads and makes sure to rub it in well.
“I love apple cider vinegar because it cleans your hair and scalp but it doesn’t strip it, so my hair doesn’t really get very greasy,” Kelsi explains.
“It actually soothes your scalp and helps to reduce dandruff.

Apple cider vinegar is popular for hair rinsing and care. It is made from apples using a fermentation process.
It helps to improve scalp health, strengthen hair and enhance its shine.

Heathline.com suggests using apple cider vinegar after shampooing and conditioning.
The site recommends mixing 2 to 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 16 ounces of water and then working the mixture into your scalp.
After you have let it sit for a couple of minutes, you can then rinse it out.
You can even add some drops of essential oil into the mixture if the smell of apple cider vinegar is too powerful for you.
We're definitely trying this!
