Despite having visited hundreds of restaurants around the world, Gordon Ramsay still finds himself baffled at some of the bizarre sights he's come across while filming Kitchen Nightmares.
From instructing eateries to shut down mid-service to screaming in the faces of unsuspecting owners, the famous chef, 58, is not afraid to speak his mind and make his opinions known - no matter how brutal.
And by the sounds of things, an upcoming episode of the cooking reality show that is yet to air is no different, with Ramsay left fuming as he experiences something that's never happened to him before while on the job.

For the new season of the restaurant makeover show, Ramsay headed to New Orleans, Louisiana, US to help a number of places up their game in preparation of the Super Bowl.
In an episode that aired on Tuesday, the celebrity chef visits the Verdict Lounge & Restaurant and orders a selection of items from the menu to see just how much help the establishment needs - and, spoiler alert, it's a lot.
As Ramsay attempts to cut into his steak, his plastic fork immediately breaks, with the chef admitting, to his horror, that the restaurant actually has 'no metal forks'.

Bewildered, Ramsay asks the server: "How the f**k am I supposed to get into my steak?"
The star was unable to mask his shock as he continues: "I’ve never ever, ever, ever sent food back because I can't cut into it."

He then tries again with two more forks and has no success, leading him to exclaim: "Oh, my God!" as the cutlery just keeps snapping.

Ramsay even turns to the group of customers next to him to express his frustration at the $34 food that he's struggling to eat, while other patrons laugh in the background.
He jokes that the restaurant is: “B.Y.O.F. — bring your own f****** fork," which earns a few more laughs from diners.
Incredible scenes then see the steak be sent back, with the server telling the restaurant's chef: “I need this [steak] cut," while adding that Ramsay also picked up on it not being medium-rare.
Insulted, the head chef hits back with: '“I know how to cook a steak."

She later adds in a confessional: “I did not appreciate Chef Ramsay pointing out, ‘This is bad, this is bad, this is bad.’ I don't need you f**king with me."
The first half of the new season is set in New Orleans, with the hope that the city’s restaurateurs would be able to benefit from Ramsay’s kitchen know-how before welcoming the crowds for the NFL Super Bowl, which took place on 9 February.
It will also see ‘past and present NFL stars’ pop up in different episodes, before Ramsay heads to Austin and Houston to help Texas-based businesses for the second part of the series.
