We can all agree that cleaning the oven is up there with one of the worst - and most time-consuming - household chores there is.
There's just so many different parts to clean - and don't even get us started on how long we spend scrubbing the glass.

Now, saving us all a lot of time, one woman has revealed how to blitz your oven in as little as five minutes.
Better still, you won’t need to rush out and buy specialist products, as it requires just a couple of basic cleaning items that you’ll mostly likely have lying around at home.
TikToker Nicole Paige Lilly (@nicolepaigelilly) shared the impressive hack online, showing how she uses a sponge and dishwasher tablet to get that grimy cooker door sparkling clean.
Nicole starts off by pushing the sides in and pulling the top out to remove the glass.

She then grabs a dishwasher tablet and a sponge.
“Cut out the shape of dishwasher tab in sponge and put tab in sponge. Then scrub 'til clean," she says.
“Still some staining on glass so will have to go over that with a Brillo pad later!”
In the comments, Nicole added: “Should also note make sure you wash everything down with water to remove any chemicals!”

When someone asked how you clean the inside, the TikToker explained she opts for a similar approach - using the same products, but with a couple of slight twists.
She replied: “Removing top layer of dirt with kitchen paper. Left a dishwasher tab to soak then scrubbed with dishwasher tab in the sponge.”
This has saved us so much time.

In other cleaning tricks, we previously told you about the genius 7p cleaning hack to remove grease and dirt from air fryers.
Taking to TikTok, Chiara - who goes by the handle @thetummyfairy - shared a step-by-step explanation of how to best clean the beloved kitchen appliance.
Chiara said you need to pop in a 'squirt of washing-up liquid' along with a '1/4 cup of baking soda' to the air fryer drawer before filling it up all the way to the top with boiling water.
Then, simply wait 20 minutes before pouring it all out and rinsing it with warm water.

All you have to do after that is just dry the drawer with a paper towel to mop up any left-over residue and it'll be 'like brand-new'!
