A woman who gave birth in a McDonald’s parking lot has revealed the adorably ‘fitting’ nickname for her newborn baby.
Analysia Beck, 25, said the thought of giving birth in the wrong place was her ‘worst nightmare’, but that’s exactly what happened as her little one made a ‘dramatic entrance into the world’ earlier this month.
She started having mild contractions at about 11pm on 11 January at 38 weeks, but brushed them off as Braxton Hicks and went back to sleep.

However, it wasn’t long before Analysia was woken by much more severe contractions, and when her water then broke she and husband Daniel, 27, set off for the hospital, with their two older kids – Jayce, three, and Aubriella, 17 months, being babysat by her mother.
Announcing the birth of baby Micah on Facebook, the mum-of-three explained what happened next.
“Micah Daniel made his very dramatic entrance into the world at 4:12am on January 12th, she wrote.

“While on our way to the hospital, he decided he wanted to make a quick stop at McDonald’s… He didn’t want to be born in the hospital!”
Yep, little Micah was born in the back of an SUV in the parking lot of a McDonald’s in Wisconsin – during a blizzard, no less.
Daniel called 911, but the paramedic barely made it before their son was born.
Analysia continued: “Micah was born in our trunk in the parking lot of McDonald’s during a blizzard and appropriately earned the nickname ‘McFlurry’.

“And yes we also realize the irony of his name being able to be shortened to ‘MICkey Ds’.
“It was terrifying, traumatizing, and painful giving birth all natural with no meds/doctors and seeing him come out completely blue because it happened so fast and literally in the snow, but he’s doing very well now and all we can do is praise and thank God for protecting us!!!”
She added: “No, McDonald’s was not open.”

Speaking to TODAY, Analysia said she was ‘still in shock’ by what happened, with her husband agreeing the ordeal had been ‘pretty intense’.
She recalled: “We were in the car for like two minutes when I was like, ‘Daniel, you have to pull over, I feel like I’m sitting on the baby’s head.’
“At that point, I knew he was coming, and we weren’t going to make it the hospital.”
Analysia ‘pushed three times’ and Micah came out.

“The paramedic barely made it, but they were there to catch him,” she said.
With snow blowing into the car, the first thing Analysia noticed was that 8lb 6oz Micah was blue.
Thankfully, he was ‘totally healthy and everything was fine’, passing all his tests at the hospital.
Speaking about his cute nickname, a reference to McDonald’s beloved ice cream menu staple, Analysia added: "Between the blizzard and the McDonald's, we think it's very fitting!"
