One woman cancelled her wedding after her 'friends' refused to pay nearly £1,000 each to attend.
The bride, Susan, from Canada, was left beyond outraged after her nearest and dearest decided to take a stand against her and denied her very steep financial request.

Susan wanted to have her dream wedding but, upon tallying it all up and realising it would cost her a fortune of $60,000, was left absolutely crushed after seriously struggling to pick up the tab.
The woman took to Facebook to share, in an extremely lengthy post, just what caused her to cancel her special day altogether - namely blaming her friends and family for allegedly ruining the whole thing along with her relationship too.
The post reads: "Dear friends, it comes with great sadness that I am announcing the cancellation of the wedding. I apologise for cancelling only four days beforehand."

She went on to reveal she and her fiancé also broke up 'due to some recent and irreparable problems'.
"We have decided to end our relationship and not go forth with any future proceedings," she added.
The expletive-filled tirade continued: "How could we have our wedding that we dreamed of without proper funding?
"We'd sacrificed so much and only asked each guest for around $1,600. We talked to a few people who even promised us more to make our dream come true.

"My maid of honour pledged $5,000 along with her planning services. We tearfully thanked and accepted. My ex's family offered to contribute $3,000."
She went on to say her request 'for all other guests was not f***ing out of the ordinary' before adding: "We made it clear. If you couldn't contribute, you weren't invited to our exclusive wedding. It's a once and a lifetime party [sic]."
Offering some of kind rationalise behind her request, Susan claimed: "'Our love was like a fairytale, we wanted an extravagant blow out wedding... A local psychic told us to go with the most expensive option, and we thought why the hell not?"

She went on: "We just needed a little push. Our dream wedding amounted to $60,000... All we asked was for a little help from our friends and family to make it happen."
Unsurprisingly, only eight guests RSVP'd with their cheque of $1,500 which left Susan 'f***ing livid'.
"How was this supposed to happen without a little help from our friends. To make matters worse, my ex's family took back their offer," she penned.

"Suddenly, more people backed out, including the c*** maid of honour. My best friend since childhood. My second family. I was so shocked and tearful."
Yikes.
After many, many more rants and swear words later, Susan resolved: "How hard would it to have been to f***ing give me money for my wedding."
She concluded by telling everyone she was going to spend the next two months backpacking through South America.
"Goodbye. See you in two months. Friendly reminder to you c***s. Don't think you own me. I am cutting all of you snakes off. I am living my life alone now," she finished.
Probably for the best that.
