Harry Styles has spoken out the 'honour' of knowing fellow One Direction bandmate Liam Payne.
Payne passed away at the age of 31 after reportedly falling from a third floor balcony at hotel CasaSur in Buenos Aires, Argentina on 16 October.
Fans flocked outside the hotel to pay tribute to the star and One Direction bandmate Harry Styles has since addressed his passing in a post to social media.
A joint statement signed by Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan was released first.

Styles shared a photograph of Payne performing on stage, alongside a statement which reads: I am truly devastated by Liam's passing.
His greatest joy was making other people happy, and it was an honour to be alongside him as he did it.
"Liam lived wide open, with his heart on his sleeve, he had an energy for life that was infectious. He was warm, supportive, and incredibly loving.
"The years we spent together will forever remain among the most cherished years of my life. I will miss him always, my lovely friend.

"My heart breaks for Karen, Geoff, Nicola and Ruth, his son Bear, and all those around the world who knew and loved him, as I did."
Styles' mom, Anne Twist, also paid tribute to the musician, taking to Instagram to share a black background with a broken heart emoji.
She captioned the post: "Just a boy..."

Sky correspondent Daniel Henry has since shared some more of the details surrounding Payne's death.
He said: "All of these details - very, very distressing for the family and friends of Liam Payne, who will be waking up this morning in disbelief that someone that they loved now is no longer with us.
"The autopsy obviously has not been completed yet, so at this stage, we don't know what, if anything, was in his system.
"But as I say, the key thing here, just this loss of life; 31 years old, such a young age, and someone who is a father, leaving behind a young son."
LADbible Group has previously contacted Payne's representatives for comment.
