All the A-list celebs whose homes could be destroyed in LA wildfires as 30,000 are forced to flee area

Dozens of thousands have been forced to evacuate the rapidly growing wind-driven wildfire in California

A devastating wildfire broke out on Tuesday (7 January) in Pacific Palisades, California, and was rapidly spread in incredibly dry conditions and high winds.

Fire chief Kristin Crowley has since ordered more than 30,000 people to evacuate the area, with the roaring blaze spread from 20 acres to more than 3,000 in a mere matter of hours.

Thankfully, there have been no injuries in the neighbourhood - which is home to a number of A-list celebrities - but a number of homes have been damaged by the fire with the LA Fire Department saying on Wednesday morning (8 January) that it remains zero percent contained.

So, which A-list celebrity homes could potentially be caught in the horrific wildfire tearing through the city?

Ben Affleck

The 52-year-old Good Will Hunting star bought his $20.5 million home last July.

The residence in question, which is 6,200 square feet, reportedly sits on nearly an acre of land and is situated between the neighbourhoods of Brentwood and Pacific Palisades.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson

Tom Hanks, 68, and his wife of 37 years, Rita Wilson, also 68, may also be preparing for major fire damage to their home.

The Forrest Gump star lives comfortably in an enormous $26 million, 1.5-acre mansion in Pacific Palisades.

Boasting a whopping14,513 square feet, the residence reportedly has four bedrooms, five bathrooms as well as a theatre and an in-ground pool.

Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry

The Hollywood couple purchased their $7.5 million mansion back in 2023

The 37-year-old Top Gun: Maverick star and his model wife, 32, enjoy a lot of space in their reportedly 6,622 square-foot residence complete with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an at-home cinema, a gym, and an office.

The 32-year-old 'Sativa' singer's home may also be affected by the Palisades fire.

She bought the residence, which she reportedly shares with her rapper boyfriend, Big Sean, 36, a few years ago in 2023 for around $5.6million.

The home, located on half an acre of land, reportedly boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms, alongside a pickle ball court, pool, and a three-car garage.

Kawhi Leonard

NBA star Kawhi Leonard reportedly bought his $17-million sprawling 11,815 square-foot property in the neighbourhood in 2021.

The 33-year-old sportsman's abode features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a game room, a bar, and a gym.

Eugene Levy

The 78-year-old Schitt's Creek actor, married to screenwriter Deborah Divine, has been a long-time resident of the affluent LA neighbourhood after reportedly buying his home for $2.4 million nearly two decades ago back in 2006.

Speaking about the wildfire to the LA Times, Levy said: "The smoke looked pretty black and intense over Temescal Canyon. I couldn’t see any flames, but the smoke was very dark."

Casino star James Woods has taken to X to share a series of snaps of how the wildfire has destroyed his neighbourhood, writing in one tweet: "To all the wonderful people who’ve reached out to us, thank you for being so concerned.

"Just letting you know that we were able to evacuate successfully. I do not know at this moment if our home is still standing, but sadly houses on our little street are not."
