Donald Trump's inaugural portrait has an uncanny resemblance to another of his infamous headshots.
We are just days away from seeing Donald Trump become the next president of the United States.
His inauguration is set to take place next Monday (January 20), after he won the election in November against Kamala Harris.

Ahead of the big day, both he and vice president-elect JD Vance, have released their official portraits.
But people are all saying the same thing about Trump's interesting choice of pose.
The 78-year-old will become the first person convicted of a felony to assume the presidency, after his mugshot went viral in 2023.
And users on social media are pointing out some of the uncanny similarities between his inaugural portrait and the infamous mugshot.

But was it an intentional move?
One person questioned: "Is that the mug shot?"
Another noted: "His eyes are two different sizes."

A third puzzled user said: "You’re joking right? No way Trump is going with this!"
Trump seems to be pulling the exact same face that he did in the mugshot, with one eye slightly squinted, as he leans slightly forward.
Another user said: "If I were him I would have used the actual mug shot as the official photo. Ultimate gangster."
Some have even claimed that the picture looks like the work of AI.

The inauguration ceremony's line-up was also revealed this week, showcasing artists such as Carrie Underwood and the Village People.
Trump became known for dancing to one of the band's songs - Y.M.C.A. - during his rallies in the election run-up.
Victor Willis, the only original member of the disco group that remains, released a statement to fans following the announcement.

Writing on Facebook, he said: "We know this won't make some of you happy to hear, however we believe that music is to be performed without regard to politics.
"Our song 'Y.M.C.A.' is a global anthem that hopefully helps bring the country together after a tumultuous and divided campaign where our preferred candidate lost," Victor added, referring to Democrat, Kamala Harris.
Their post received backlash, as one fan said: "Really disappointed in The Village People."
Another added: "As a longtime fan that’s been to all of your concerts, including Vegas, I’m heartbroken at your decision to perform next week.
"I thought you stood for love & acceptance, not hate & judgement."
