The person who introduced Prince Harry and Meghan Markle says that she now regrets it.
The former friend of the couple, who have been together since 2016, said ahead of the release of their tell-all Netflix documentary that she is 'sorry'.
The pair were initially set up on a blind date that summer and reportedly hit it off immediately, starting a chain of events that changed the royal family forever.

Lizzie Cundy, who was previously friends with Harry and Meghan, has now described the whole thing as her 'fault'.
She first met Meghan in 2013 before a charity event, where the pair 'got on like a house on fire.'
But despite getting on so well at the time, Cundy claims that she has now been 'ghosted' by the former Suits star.
She told OK! magazine: "I wish I never introduced Harry [to her.] It's all my fault! I'm sorry Camilla. I'm sorry everyone!"

Her words come after the couple stepped down as senior members of the royal family in early 2020 and moved to California.
They later revealed that they gave up the roles for a number of reasons, including alleged racism.
However, the Netflix documentary, Harry & Meghan, which is being released today (8 December) will be the first time that they have told the whole story.

Cundy then said the couple had brought 'down the monarchy' and slammed the documentary ahead of its release, stating: "This could have been screened when the Queen was alive and I feel they're just trying to ruin her 70 years of amazing work. I feel like they've got to get their own identity - stop whinging, stop moaning."
But despite being 'appalled' but the documentary, she admitted that she would still be watching it.
Cundy added that she had previously tried to introduce Meghan to footballer Ashley Cole.

However, it wasn't meant to be, and she went on to set her up with Prince Harry - the rest, as they say, is history.
The documentary, Harry & Meghan, is set to be a truly explosive watch, with the trailer alone featuring Prince Harry describe life in the monarchy as a 'dirty game'.
The trailer also features many pictures of Princess Diana being hounded by the press, with Harry noting: "The pain and suffering of women marrying into this institution... this feeding frenzy."
The documentary's official synopsis reads: "Harry & Meghan is an unprecedented six-part documentary series that explores the span of their relationship, from the early days of the couple's courtship to the challenges and controversies that prompted them to step back from the royal family."
