The lawyer of Virginia Giuffre has today provided an update after the mother-of-three claimed she'd been left close to death following a road traffic collision.
Taking to Instagram yesterday (31 Mar), the American shared an image of herself lying in bed, having sustained a number of injuries after a school bus ploughed into her car.
"This year has been the worst start to a new year," the 41-year-old penned in the caption.

"But I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can."
Giuffre added: "I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.
"I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.

"S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day."
She continued: "Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life.
"Godbless you all xx Virginia."
A representative previously told LADbible Group: "Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending."

Now, her lawyer has provided an update on her case, claiming her loved ones are still waiting for answers on her life expectancy.
Speaking to MailOnline, attorney Brad Edwards described her situation as 'very bad', claiming the married mum's family are still 'hoping for better news in the coming days'.

The lawyer added that he hoped Giuffre would be able to survive her injuries with the right medical care.
Giuffre first hit global headlines in 2014 after accusing Prince Andrew of having sexually abused her when she was a minor.
She claimed to have been trafficked to the Royal by convicted child abusers Jeffrey Epstein (who died in jail in 2019) and Ghislaine Maxwell as a teenager, adding that she was 'forced to have sex' with the Andrew.
The abuse allegedly took place between 2000 and 2002 at Epstein's New York apartment when she was 17-years-old.

Giuffre also accused the now 65-year-old Prince of 'battery'.
The pair reached a financial settlement in 2022, putting an end to the civil claim Giuffre filed in the US.
This relieved the father-of-two of ever having to go to trial.
Andrew later pledged to 'demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein', claiming he'd made a 'substantial donation' to Giuffre's charity.
Following her settlement with Andrew three years ago, a statement was released, reading: "The parties will file a stipulated dismissal upon Ms Giuffre’s receipt of the settlement (the sum of which is not being disclosed).
"Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights. Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks.
"It is known that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years. Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others.
"He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims."
