A woman has spoken out against two men who were horrible to her about her appearance at a festival in Australia.
The two men exhibited some seriously depressing and uncalled for behaviour towards the young woman, who was just trying to enjoy her day at the music festival, before getting the backlash that they deserved online.
Luckily, it seems as if they didn’t knock the woman’s confidence, and she responded defiantly afterwards, putting the cruel blokes in their place.

Shelbi Evans from Grafton in New South Wales was just out enjoying a day in Byron Bay for the Splendour in the Grass festival, a three day music festival that featured performances from Lizzo, Flume, and Mumford and Sons over the weekend.
Evans was wearing a black and orange top that showed off her midriff, as well as some orange pants and jewels and crystals on her face.
Pretty normal stuff for someone to wear to a music festival, these days.

However, two men who walked past her at the festival made some fatphobic comments about her appearance.
Afterwards, sharing her disgust on social media, Shelbi wrote: “To those that say fatphobia isn't real... on Friday night I had two revolting males dry-retch [sic] at me for wearing what I was wearing,
“Instead of seeing my smile or hair or anything else, they noticed my weight and decided to turn my smile to a frown.
“I will not let these fatphobic f***s dull my shine.

“Fat people exist! Get over it!
“I am not here to make anyone comfortable but myself.”
Too right.
She continued: “Next time you see a fat person, shut your mouth and keep any opinion you have to yourselves.”

Right again.
Shelbi, who works as a carer for disabled and older people, said that she has spent years building her confidence, and isn’t going to let two idiots knock that down.
Then, in the comments, one of the lads even showed up, writing: “Can confirm that was my mate and I.”
Obviously, they’ve now deleted that comment.

Everyone with a brain has rallied around Shelbi, reminding her that she can wear whatever she wants.
“I think you look fabulous,” one person said.
“Screw those people. Good on you for just living your best life.”
Another said: “You look beautiful, you have the sweetest smile, I love your outfit and your hair is such a gorgeous colour!
“I don't know what these men look like but looks fade and once they do they will be left with nothing but their ugly hearts.”
A third said: “You look stunning and so confident.
“A**holes, if you're reading this, GROW THE F UP!!!!
“Have some respect and stop being such a disappointment to your mothers.”
Yep, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
More importantly, just don’t be a d***.
