A 'stay-at-home' girlfriend has opened up about her daily routine and 'traditional' relationship.

TikToker Kendel Kay, 25, shared a glimpse into her luxurious lifestyle and how she anticipates her boyfriend's needs.

Kay lives in Puerto Rico with her entrepreneur boyfriend, Luke Lintz, 22, who runs a PR company worth $8.1 million.

The pair do everything together, from travelling on private jets to going to the gym, with Kay making their food and drinks for the day.

The happy couple met in Tulum at an influencer event and have been pretty much inseparable ever since.

Kay took to TikTok to share what exactly her daily routine entails and it's since gone viral, garnering 6.9 million views.

So, what is her daily routine? Well, the TikToker starts the day by anticipating Luke's needs, filling up his water bottle, and making his iced coffee.

She then tidies the bedroom, does her 20-minute skincare routine, goes for coffee, and to the gym.

Kay then makes smoothie bowls for her and Luke, has matcha, and writes in her planner, which concludes her video.

A fair few people loved the idea of chilling at home all day, with one user writing, "I want to stay home too."

"You have the best job for a living," another wrote.

While some criticised Kay's daily routine, users were quick to hit back, with one writing: "The comments are not a vibe. She gets to journal, gym, hang by a beach… love language maybe acts or service? This is a dream to some so don’t hate."

Either way, Kay has taken the whole thing in her stride, saying of her 'traditional' relationship: "Some people highly disagree with my lifestyle choices and some people are backing me up and admitting they too wish they could live a life of feminine leisure."

Kay went on to explain that despite her stay-at-home lifestyle she still creates content for social media: "Social media and content creation is how I create my income but it doesn’t take up much of my time – I spend most of my time being a house girlfriend."

And it seems that Luke is more than happy with the setup, saying: "I love Kendel being a stay at home girlfriend – I’ve always believed in a very ‘traditional’ relationship.

"I believe the man in a relationship should be doing the masculine work and should make enough to provide for the household, while his woman can rest in her feminine energy," he added.

And hey, whatever makes you happy.
