Ordering clothing from websites and apps can be tricky, especially when it’s preowned.
But one woman was pleasantly surprised, and a little bit cracked up when her Vinted parcel arrived at her door.
We now live in an era of possibility, where anything goes in the shopping world, and it allows people with less money to splurge the opportunity to buy expensive items second-hand.

Starting from the eBay and Depop era, we’ve swiftly been handed more and more apps that make shopping for less easy.
But we also know how deliveries can be and sometimes you’ll receive your goods damaged and mangled due to the parcel.
However, one makeup artist called Carla Kent from Glasgow received hers in an unconventional packaging and she was chuffed.

Giving the seller an ‘A for effort’, she took to TikTok to share her parcel with the world.
The Vinted addicted shopper began with a little confession to her viewers.
She said: "I’ve got a confession to make. My name’s Carla Kent and I’m addicted to Vinted."
But you’ll never guess what she showed the camera next.

There’s unconventional and then there's *functional* unconventional.
This is certainly falling into the latter that’s for sure!

Carla then holds up a Magnum ice cream box as she showcases her parcel and said: "Let’s start with the best Vinted parcel I’ve ever received.
"Might be my favourite to be honest, simply because of the packaging.
"A for effort. Honestly, love this."
Now, that’s what I call a sustainability statement.

Take that one-use plastics!
But you’d never guess that inside of the delicious box was actually a beautiful garment.
A black kimono from PrettyLittleThing in fact.
The best part? Even though she bought the pre-loved item, it was new with tags.
Carla added: "Most of the stuff I find on Vinted is always with tags and always so cheap."
Carla isn't the only one to get her delivery in unusual packaging, as this news comes off the back of Royal Mail workers leaving people’s online parcels in a range of hilarious packages.
Taking to their own Royal Mail TikTok account, the posties shared a clip of a rare sight - Hackney’s sorting office with mountains of parcels to sort through.
They said: “Tell us you’ve sold something online, without telling us you’ve sold something online.” Oops.
They then went on to share images of all the weird packaging parcels were sent, such as a jacket potato box or even an egg carton. What would fit inside of that?
There was even one in a water bottle, and I’m baffled by the contents.
Anyway, hopefully you get the Carla treatment on your next order!
