It's no doubt that most people who wind their way onto our screens go through a few beauty and fitness rituals to prepare themselves for being broadcast on television for the whole nation to see.
From getting a last-minute fake tan and sorting a fresh haircut to splashing out on a fancy mani-pedi and sorting a new wardrobe - it's clear that Love Island contestants definitely pull out all the stops before entering the infamous villa.
However, there's one particular contestant who looked completely different before he entered the ITV show.

Zachariah Noble has already made waves on the reality show after catching the eyes of fellow Islanders Catherine Agbaje and Molly Marsh.
The 25-year-old has also received some attention from Charlotte Sumner - who he is currently coupled up with after a dramatic re-coupling.
But, before he joined the residence, the basketball player clearly went through quite the body transformation.

But, it's clear the results didn't happen overnight as the heart-throb has definitely been pumping some major iron to attain his sculpted facade.
One picture that shows Zachariah with a longer beard and shoulder-length locks has the caption: "Still got a hell of a way to go, but it’s never been about the end goal.
"The journey is what matters."

In another motivational gym post, the lad told his 16.1k followers: "A goal ain’t a goal if you don’t put in the hours and work.
"That’s just called daydreaming."
He added: "Reach your potential and unlock the person you know you can be. This is just the end of the beginning."
A third post sees a side-by-side shot of Zachariah at two different points in his gym journey.

He captioned the post: "To the boy that started this journey, 'you’ve done well bro'. And to the man that’s gonna finish it, 'The works only just begging'.
"Let’s work."
While there's already heaps of Love Island drama to occupy us - it's clear a lot could happen on the show with a cushty eight more weeks to go.
