When Bling Empire returned to Netflix this week, fans were more than ready to sink their teeth into a brand new season of glitz, glam, parties, and drama.
What they *weren't* ready for was a surprise cameo from one of the most famous faces in showbiz in the very first episode.

Christine Chiu was out for dinner with her husband Dr Gabriel in the season premiere, when who should approach them but Friends With Benefits star Mila Kunis?
The pair had a very casual conversation in front of the cameras as if they had been friends for years, and fans couldn't wrap their heads around it.
"Not Mila Kunis showing up on Bling Empire? How has this happened?!," tweeted one viewer.

"I looked away for a min and came back and was like 'oh wow she really looks like Mila Kunis'... I thought she was their very friendly server," joked another.
"Seeing Mila Kunis on #BlingEmpire was very unexpected. She seem[s] like a really lovely person," wrote a third.
"Mila Kunis popping up on #BlingEmpire was a nice surprise!," a fourth added.
So was it all just for show, or do these two really go way back?

It turns out Christine and Gabriel actually used to be neighbours with Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, and all have a passion for charity work.
In an interview this summer, Christine spoke about she and her neighbour's shared interests.
"Our former neighbours Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher stood up to raise awareness and funds for those affected by the war in Ukraine,” she told Tatler.

"They committed to donating a large sum of money publicly and I applaud that because they leveraged their platform, reached exponentially more people and, of course, raised exponentially more funds."
Mila Kunis was named one of Time magazine's Most Influential People of 2022 this year after raising almost $40 million to bring necessary supplies to Ukrainians affected by the war.
Mila herself is from Ukraine, and emigrated with her family to the United States on a refugee visa when she was just seven years old.
When she's not making cameos in Bling Empire, Mila can be found elsewhere on Netflix - namely her new film Luckiest Girl Alive.

The film tells the story of Ani, a writer in New York City who seems to have everything going for her - but things start to unravel when a true crime documentary forces her to confront her harrowing high school history and question the choices she made when she was a teen.
Luckiest Girl Alive is available to stream now on Netflix, while Bling Empire season three has just premiered on the streaming platform.
