Season 2 of The Kardashians is set to drop in September, with Hulu dropping a teaser trailer for the new show.

But in the clip, it seems momager Kris Jenner could be battling through some health issues, after she is seen discussing a medical scare.

"I can't tell my kids I'm scared," says Kris, 66, as she is seen lying in a hospital bed. "They have enough problems. They don't need to worry about mum."
Meanwhile Khloé Kardashian can be heard telling her mum: "I don't know what's happening with you."
And Kim adds: "No matter how crazy things are, we're always going to be family."
We certainly hope Kris is okay and feeling better now.

Season 2 also delves further into Kim's relationship with comedian Pete Davidson.
"Life is good. I have a new boyfriend. I'm just having a really good time," says Kim.
Meanwhile, later in the trailer, Pete makes an appearance when Kim asks: "Do you want to shower with me really quick?"

Kim previously opened up about how she ended up with the Saturday Night Live star, explaining that she was actually the one who made the first move.
She explained: "So, this is how it went down with Pete.
"I did SNL, and then when we kissed in a scene, it was just a vibe. And I was like 'Oh s**t, maybe I just need to try something different.'

Elsewhere, viewers get a glimpse inside Kourtney's wedding planning as she prepares to marry Travis Barker.
"We are starting to talk [about] wedding dresses," she says, before giving viewers a teeny preview of what appears to be the dress in its design stages.
Fans are also keen to hear an update on Khloé, who viewers will know found out about Tristan Thompson's latest betrayal at the end of the last season.
"I do believe in love. When you love, you know you're alive. You have these feelings," says the mum-of-one.

Khloé has previously addressed what happened when the final episode aired, writing on Twitter: "This was definitely a tough episode but there's so much beauty in watching how close my family is. We we'll [sic] always stick together and love one another deeply.
"Life is full of lessons, teachable moments. We should handle them with grace/love. Even if we are hurt by them. Take ur moment, cry/scream but remain composed & remember that Love heals & teaches more than anger or hate ever will. We all deserve forgiveness and most of all… LOVE."
