TOWIE star Amber Turner has confirmed her split from Dan Edgar after a six-year relationship, having broken the news to fans on social media.
Speculation about the couple has been rife over the past few months, with fans noticing that Turner, who posts regularly on Instagram, hadn’t shared a snap of Edgar since February this year – which was a group photo with friends as they flew abroad for a holiday.

The pair - who met on TOWIE - have been through various ups and downs in their on-and-off relationship, often leaving people confused about their status.
But Turner, 29, confirmed that they’re now done, saying she wanted to address the ‘speculations and questions’ online.
Posting to her Instagram Stories, she wrote: "I wasn't going to post anything but due to speculations and questions, I feel like I need to.

"Yes, me and Dan have split.
"I honestly wish him the best for the future. Please respect our privacy at this time. Thank you."
Edgar is yet to publicly address the split, but is reported to have unfollowed his ex over the weekend.

The news comes just months after they moved into their new home – their second pad as a couple.
Naturally, it was an emotional change, with Turner noting how their first flat was where they’d welcomed pet dog Oliver into their family.
But they managed to move in just before Christmas Day last year, meaning they could enjoy a cosy festive period in their new place.
At the time, Turner told followers: “And just like that we are moving!! Happy & sad all in one… Breakups, makeups, arguments & some of the happiest memories ever! Where we brought our little baby Oliver home too! Will be sad to leave but excited for our next chapter…”

In another post, she admitted that she was the ‘queen of procrastination’, having shared selfies in the lift when she should have been getting ready for the move.
“I should be packing up our flat but instead I’m uploading pics,” she said.
After moving in, Turner and Edgar celebrated with Champagne, also showing off a new Smeg toaster and kettle for the kitchen.

"When you're an adult this is as exciting as it gets," Turner wrote as she snapped her matching pastel-coloured kitchen accessories.
"And I'm buzzing about it."
