Maya Jama's fiancé Ben Simmons has shared an adorable selfie of the pair together amid rumours of their split.
The Brooklyn Nets point guard seemingly responded to the rumours with the black and white image which was shared on his Instagram Stories on Monday 8 August.
"Almost a year older," he wrote as the caption, along with a red heart emoji. The Australian star referenced Maya's upcoming birthday on Sunday.

Over the weekend, the couple's relationship has been hit with rumours of a split. A source told The Sun: “Maya called it off engagement after things came to head last month.
“She is not going back to New York now. It’s heartbreaking for both of them, especially as they were so committed to each other.
“They’re both young and want to focus on their careers."

Maya moved to the US, where Ben is based and the couple became engaged in December.
The Bristol native was spotted wearing her engagement ring as recently as last week at the GRM Gala on 1 August.
Despite the occasional Instagram snap, the couple have not spoken about their relationship or engagement publicly.
Maya remained tight lipped about the price of her engagement ring and proposal when quizzed about it by comedian Mo Gilligan when they hosted the 2022 Brit Awards in February.

“Listen, that is the size of a small studio bedroom flat in London, I’m telling you. It looks fantastic though, you’re working it," Mo quipped.
"Come on, let’s move on," Maya replied, clearly keen on keeping all the details private.

Their on-and-off relationship began in the summer of 2018 after Ben's relationship with singer Tinashe came to an end. Ben and Kendall split up and got back together later the same year.
After reconciling soon after the split, the relationship lasted until the end of 2019 and they were reportedly dating again by December.
However, Kendall started dating Phoenix Suns small forward Devin Booker by June 2020 after they were spotted on a road trip in April.
Kendall and Devin are still together and in a recent episode of The Kardashians, the model and reality TV star star discussed the prospect of having a baby, telling sister Khloe Kardashian that "the day is coming".
