Cher offered a sweet update on her boyfriend Alexander Edwards as she appeared for a TV special celebrating actor Carol Burnett's 90th birthday.
The singer, 76, was among numerous stars taking part in the celebrations in Los Angeles this week ahead of Carol Burnett: 90 Years Of Laughter + Love airing next month.
Cher appeared solo at the event and told Access Hollywood she didn't have a date, despite previously having confirmed her relationship with Edwards, a 37-year-old music executive.

The pair were first spotted together late last year, when they were seen holding hands in LA while wearing matching all-black outfits.
Cher later shared a snap of her new beau along with the caption 'Alexander [love heart]', and when met with backlash over their near 40-year age gap, she wrote: "Love doesn't know math."
The singer even used her relationship to share advice with fans dealing with age gaps, responding to one to say: "He’s 36 & In End He Came after me, Till we met in the middle. He’s [the] Consistent one, I’m The Skittish one. We love each other…. LADIES NEVER GIVE UP... Must say he was different 4 Me."

In December, the musical icon appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show where she said that 'on paper', her relationship with Alexander was 'kind of ridiculous'.
However, she added: "In real life, we get along great. He's fabulous. And I don't give men qualities that they don't deserve."
Alexander and Cher were spotted together again in February at a pre-Grammy party, but Cher explained Alexander wasn't able to join her at the celebration for Burnett because he had other responsibilities to attend to.
When asked if she had a date, Cher responded: "My date is taking care of his son."

Alexander welcomed his son, Slash Electric Alexander Edwards, in 2019 with his then-partner Amber Rose.
The pair split in 2021, but continue to co-parent together.
Cher's acknowledgement of her continued relationship prompted the interviewer to share their excitement over the romance, saying: "We're happy for you. Congratulations on the relationship."
"Thank you," Cher responded.

The singer was joined at the event by the likes of Katy Perry, Lisa Kudrow and Maya Rudolph, who were all there to celebrate Burnett.
Burnett who is known for her roles in the 1982 version of Annie, the TV series Mad About You, and more recently Better Call Saul, as well as for her long-running series The Carol Burnett Show.
