In the clip, she shows viewers around her daughter's bedroom to give parents tips and ideas for their own children's room.
After receiving unkind comments about her speech pattern, voice and physical appearance, Jessica replied by filming herself listening and singing along to her own song, the 2020 single 'Party of One'.
"I needed to be in my studio today because this is where I ground myself and heal," she began her lengthy Instagram response.
"As much as I have learned to block out destructive noise … people’s comments and judgments can still hurt deeply with their incessant nagging ‘You will never be good enough'.
Jessica reminded her followers that she is years sober from alcohol and she has learned that she can overcome anything because of that battle. The former Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica star wrote about her addiction struggles in her 2020 memoir Open Book.

She added: “I woke up at the same time anxious and insecure but also also angry and defensive — like some of you,” she shared. “I know what works for me and that is to let go and simply sing while looking directly inside the mirror, straight in my eyes to really see and understand myself. I can connect with my heartbeat. I am stable and strong. I am home.”
