Kate Ferdinand has taken to Instagram to reveal that she's 'in a much better place' after the loss of her second child.
The reality star, 31, revealed that she had a miscarriage earlier last month, explaining that she and husband Rio, 43, had been excited to welcome their second child. Watch the incredible moment Kate's baby daughter says she loves her:
The pair currently have a daughter, Cree, one, and she is stepmother to his three older children - Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and Tia, 10, who Rio shared with his late wife, Rebecca Ellison.

Alongside a heartwarming collage of her enjoying life with her family, she wrote: "Every now & then life forces you to slow down, take each day as it comes & find pleasure in the small things.
"It's been a whirlwind couple of weeks but I'm feeling in a much better place than the last time I spoke with you all.
"Really enjoying the break off of socials & the quality family time… so grateful for my kids for keeping me busy, making me laugh & also driving me crazy all at once.
"I don't normally share piks with emojis on – but these ones were too cute not too [sic]."
Kate also revealed her miscarriage on Instagram, sharing a black and white photograph of herself in a hospital gown.

She said in the caption that doctors had been unable to find a heartbeat at her 12-week scan.
The Only Way is Essex star wrote: "The last time I was in this hospital I was having Cree, but this time it was because our baby had no heartbeat in our 12 week scan and I had to have surgery.
"We were so excited & planning a space for our new baby in our family, we just couldn't wait to see our news with you all, but unfortunately sometimes life just doesn't go as we plan."
She added: "So much to say, but somehow I can't find the words.

"Absolutely devastated & heartbroken .... but couldn't be more grateful for the hugs I got from my big(er) babies coming through the door when we arrived home."
Celebrities were quick to flood the post with support.

Lottie Thomlinson added, 'So sorry' while a fan who'd suffered the same loss added: "I've been where you are and I am so sorry that this has happened to you.
