It's no secret that Kim Kardashian can afford a very lavish lifestyle - and her staff have more rules to follow than you might think.
Few people know the reality star, 42, makes her staff wear specific uniforms and follow a handbook so as not to disrupt her 'zen' environment.
Kim made the revelation on a recent episode of Angie Martinez's 'IRL' podcast, where she explained that the look she's chosen helps her cope with the 'chaos' of everyday life.

Now, if you've ever been near Kim's social media, you'll know that the SKIMS founder is a big fan of monochrome colours and this is what she has her staff wear.
She explained that she deliberately chose a 'peaceful' colour tone.
"The people who work here are all colour-coordinated. Is that intentional?" Angie asked as she interviewed Kim at home.
"Absolutely," Kim replied, before revealing: "I have uniforms. Well, it's not like, 'Hey, here's your uniform. It's just colour palettes."

She was then asked to clarify if this was 'like a handbook' and Kim said "Yes, I have a handbook."
"Greys, heather grey, black, navy, white, cream, khaki - I mean, we can stick with all neutrals and like not a lot of colour blocking," she elaborated.
"My house is so zen, so I asked how everyone felt about [a uniform] and everyone actually said, 'That would make our lives so easy.'
"Once everyone was onboard and thought it would be easier for them, I was like, 'Yes, let's do this.'"

The revelation came at the start of what was to be an emotional podcast appearance that saw Kim break down in tears as she discussed co-parenting with Kanye West.
The pair share four children under 10 - North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three - so it really does make sense that Kim wants her home environment to be as relaxing as possible.
She explained that despite the recent controversy surrounding Kanye, she does not tell her children what the outside world is saying about their dad.

Kardashian added: "I had the best dad and I had the best memories and the greatest experience and that's all I want for my kids. As long as they can have that, that's what I would want for them, you know.
“So like if they don't know things that are being said or what's happening in the world like why would I ever bring that energy to them. You know, that's like real heavy, heavy grown up s**t. That they are not ready to, like, deal with."
