Kourtney Kardashian has taken to Instagram Stories to respond to the claims that Mason is behind the social media accounts discussing her family.
The reality star, 43, shares her son Mason, 12, with her ex-partner Scott Disick, and she described the person impersonating him as 'ultra creepy'. Kourtney also slammed the editing of The Kardashians:
She wrote: "Hello everyone, hope it is a beautiful Thursday. After months and months of thinking you would all know that is NOT Mason on these fake accounts, some of you don't.

"So I will spell it out clearly: that is NOT Mason on these fake social media accounts talking about our family.
"To any and all 'news' outlets who use that false account as a source, you know better. Stop using it for the benefit of your slow 'news' day.
"And to the person relentlessly pretending to be Mason, ultra ultra ultra creepy!!!!!"

The reality star's statement comes after the accounts pretending to be Mason appeared to spill some juicy gossip about the famous family.
As reported by E! Online, this included the allegation that Kylie Jenner was about to get married, and it was backed up with the suggestion that she'd attended a bridal party with her sisters, Khloé and Kim Kardashian.
Cosmopolitan also reports that one fake Instagram account saw Mason allegedly ask fans of the family if anyone liked Kendal Jenner.
The person pretending to be the 12-year-old wrote: "Okay I'm being honest don't come at me. Might delete this right away lol. But I'm genuinely curious, do people actually like my aunt Kendall? Like do people really like look up to her etc.

"I find her so so boring. Like nothing fun about her life. Okay walk I guess but like that's it so average. Luv you Kenny but like I never even see edits of you on my fyp and I always see like Kylie all the time. Okay bye."
While Mason has had confirmed social media before, it didn't last long.
"He started an Instagram yesterday and didn't ask us," Kourtney revealed in a March 2020 Instagram Live video. "I did delete it because Scott and I just felt like... He's 10!"

The mum explained that she didn't want him on any social media at a young age because of trolls.
"I think on Instagram, the thing that really worries me with kids is just comments," she added. "People can be so mean. It's really easy to get consumed with it. I just feel it's not the time."
