Trigger warning: The following article contains discussion of miscarriage and baby loss.
Myleene Klass has revealed the 'peace' she felt after she learned that the DNA of the babies she lost through miscarriage are in her body forever.
The former Loose Women panelist, 43, sat down with Anna Whitehouse for an interview on her new podcast Dirty Mother Pukka.

Myleene has previously spoken of her heartbreak after her four miscarriages, which she documented in the documentary Myleene Klass: Miscarriage & Me last year.
The former Hear'Say singer told Anna the kind and encouraging words from her doctor that helped her with grief.
"I'll tell you something that's quite magical. Your body holds the DNA. I didn't know this," Myleene said about her miscarriages.

"So when you become pregnant, there are cells in your body…that's how you know if you're carrying a boy or a girl now because they do those newfangled tests. And your baby almost helps you when you fall pregnant."
"I break this down to my children, it fixes whatever needs to be fixed in your body. That's why you feel you can feel very strong in pregnancy".
Myleene added: “It sends out all these little messages and helps with the organs, helps tweak whatever needs to be strengthened and that DNA is left behind. So if you’ve carried a boy, it’s in your DNA. They never leave you.”

Host Anna was brought to tears after hearing Myleene’s story. “That is I think probably one of the most beautiful things I have ever learned," she said.
Myleene, who is mum to son Apollo, two, and daughters Hero, 10 and Ava, 14, said: "They don't leave and I maybe I've articulated it in the way I explained it to my children but as soon as you fall pregnant, your cells are their cells, you help each other and when I was told that and it was a doctor that told it to me and then I then I looked it up, I sent it to all my friends that have had miscarriages - it gave me loads of peace."
Myleene shared that she has had four miscarriages in heartbreaking Instagram post in October 2020 to mark national baby loss-marriage day.
“I am Mama to 7 babies, Ava, Hero, Apollo my rainbow baby and 4 little stars in the sky,” she wrote in the caption, paying tribute to the four babies that were lost.

Myleene said how she felt encouraged to speak out about her own baby loss following Chrissy Teigen’s candid Instagram post after the loss of her and John Legend’s son Jack, previously told Tyla she believes there’s still a lack of understanding about miscarriage as a whole.
I don't think people understand the intricacies of what a miscarriage actually entails,” she says. “It’s a subject that's not taken very seriously because as women, we do just get on with it because what other choice do we have?
“But actually, when you break it down, I wanted to look at the impact it has on women going through it.

“From a psychological point of view, people are more on point now with mental health so it's definitely not something that can be ignored, and you shouldn’t expect a woman to have all the tools to deal with it from a physical or mental perspective without any help.”
