Love Island star Shaughna Phillips has had her lip filler dissolved and has shared her journey with her followers.

Shaughna explained why she was getting her lip filler dissolved as she travelled to her dermatologist.

The video shows as the dermatologist injects Shaughna’s lips to dissolve the filler and the immediate aftermath once the Love Island 2020 star has left the clinic.
She also posted a clip of her lips once the swelling from the procedure had subsided.
In the caption Shaughna said: “I GOT MY LIPS DISSOLVED.
“My amazing @dermaplusaesthetics has been doing my lips 8 years now but it was time for a fresh start.

“I had some lumps in my bottom lip and migration in my top lip, mainly from me still having lip filler while I had invisalign. Yes my dentist told me not to, no I didn’t listen, yes I am a tw*t."
"I was SO hesitant about having my lips dissolved because I honestly don’t remember what I even look like without them! But there’s more to life than what size your bloody lips are.”
Shaughna admitted that the change to her lips is not permanent – she’ll have filler put back into her lips in two weeks time to “start from scratch”.

She added: “This time I’ll be doing a little here and there so I can really get the shape, I cannot wait.”

One concerned Instagram user asked: “You look beautiful before and after. I need to get mine dissolved but I'm dreading the pain how bad was the pain?”
Shaughna replied: “I literally had a nightmare last night about the pain but it honestly wasn’t bad at all! I didn’t find it any more painful than actual filler".
One person posted the question: “Amazing! I can’t believe how quick they dissolve! Do you have to go back for a second treatment or is all the filler completely gone now?”

To which Shaughna said: “Me too! Nope that’s it!”
When one woman asked why Shaughna’s dentist suggested not having lip filler while wearing Invisalign, Shaughna revealed: “because the Invisalign change the shape of your mouth/face while they’re in, so it’s just advised to not have any additional filler while you’re wearing them”.
