The trailer sees Kourtney tell the cameras: "Travis and I want to have a baby," before we see the pair head off to the clinic.
While we don't know exactly what procedure they're looking to have, we see doctors telling Travis he needs to "leave a sample in this cup", before Kourtney jokes the couple should turn their mics off.
We don't have to guess what they're up to here...

Later on in the trailer, we see Kourtney lying in a hospital bed, with Travis tenderly holding her hand.
The trailer confirms fans' theories that the eldest Kardashian is keen to expand her brood with her new beau.
Kourtney currently shares Mason, 12, Penelope, nine and seven-year-old Reign with former partner Scott Disick.
Many fans believed that Kourtney could already be pregnant after Travis shared a photo which had a baby bottle in the background.

The pair have become infamous for their OTT PDAs, with the couple regularly seen kissing, cuddling and canoodling on their social media page.
Having had a whirlwind romance, with the pair starting to date in December 2020, Kourtney and Travis have gone from strength to strength - even getting engaged in October last year.
The new trailer also observes Kylie Jenner's pregnancy, Khloe's reconciliation with serial cheat Tristan Thompson, and Kim's ongoing divorce from rapper Kanye West.

However, Kim's newfound romance with comedian Pete Davidson will only briefly feature in passing, with the SNL not actually appearing in the series.
“I have not filmed with him,” she told Variety. “It’s just not what he does.”
That's not to say Pete will never feature in the show.

“I’m not opposed to it,” Kim continued. “If there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn’t tell the cameras to get away. I think I might film something really exciting coming, but it wouldn’t be for this season.”
We’re officially teased.
The Kardashians premieres on Hulu and Disney Plus on 14th April.
