A touching tribute was made to The Wanted's Tom Parker at this weekend's Grammy Awards following his untimely passing last week.
The boyband member had been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour back in October 2020. The type of tumour Tom had has a life expectancy of anywhere between three months to 18 months on average after diagnosis.
During the Grammys memoriam montage, a beautiful tribute was made to all of the musical artists who sadly died over the last year. Watch here:
As part of the tribute, singers Rachel Zegler (West Side Story), Ben Platt (Dear Evan Hansen), Leslie Odom Jr (Hamilton), and Cynthia Erivo (Harriet) performed a compilation of Sondheim songs in honour of the legendary composer, who passed away in November 2021.

Those honoured in the tribute included Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts, DMX, Meat Load, Betty Davis, Ronnie Spector, Lee Scratch Perry, Michael Nesmith, Vicente Fernández, and Tom Parker.
Honoured by the emotional tribute, Tom's wife Kelsey shared the moment to her own Instagram story.

It was Kelsey who announced the news last week that her husband Tom had sadly died following his lengthy battle with brain cancer.
She wrote at the time: "It is with the heaviest of hearts that we confirm Tom passed away peacefully earlier today with all of his family by his side. Our hearts are broken, Tom was the centre of our world and we can’t imagine life without his infectious smile and energetic presence.
"We are truly thankful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all unite to ensure Tom’s light continues to shine for his beautiful children. Thank you to everyone who has supported in his care throughout, he fought until the very end. I’m forever proud of you ❤️💫✨❤️".
