Kelsey captioned the post: "Never did I ever think this is how I'd be celebrating our 4 year wedding anniversary Tom.
"Most people wish to have their wedding day again, I'd settle for a hug.
"Miss you immensely and it's not getting easier but as I promised I would, I'm here, staying positive, toasting you and us and staying grateful for the time we had.
"Our wedding day truly was the best day of my life and I'm holding on to every memory of it. Love you Tom. Thank you for choosing me to be Mrs Parker. "

Tragically, it was in October 2020 that Tom was diagnosed with a stage four inoperable glioblastoma.
While he did have treatment for the condition and revealed that the tumour had been 'significantly reduced' in January of this year, he tragically passed away.
Since his death, Kelsey has been continuing the singer's legacy, and this has included promoting a book about his life.
Kelsey has also been open about how she deals with her late husband's death around her children, telling Lorraine Kelly that their daughter doesn't yet understand that he is not coming back.

"I've been really honest but [Aurelia] does still talk about him every day and she doesn't quite understand that he's not coming back," she said.
She said that she has been forced 'to be really blunt about it' and say Tom is 'dead and he's not coming back'.
However, despite the tragedy she is living through, Kelsey said her children are helping her to cope.
"They wake up happy, they wake up in a good mood so then I can't be sad," she explained. "And he wouldn't want us to be sad and mourning."
