From technical glitches and bad audio quality to awkward moments and blunders broadcasted for all your listeners to hear - it's clear a whole load of things can go wrong on the radio.
And the latest mishap saw one radio host left beyond embarrassed after accidentally revealing his colleague’s pregnancy live on air.
Sports presenter Max Burford was left red-faced after dropping the bombshell that his Adelaide’s Mix 102.3 co-worker, Taylee Jones, was expecting - totally unaware she was yet to personally announce the exciting news herself.

Have a look:
Max and his co-host, Ali Clarke, were having a natter all about ruining surprises when he let the news slip.
"That whole idea, that sickening moment when you realise you've spoiled a surprise is just horrible," Ali began.

Max then began recounting an anecdote: "Everything seems to happen in the kitchen at Channel 10, the other place that I work.
"It was a Friday and on a Friday we do drinks. One of our other reporters, beautiful Taylee, is pulling out going, 'Oh, should I have the Pepsi Max. Should I have the Coke Zero?'
"And I was like, 'Oh, what about uh, you know, they've got these seltzers in here now.

"She goes, 'Ah nah not not for me'. And I said, 'Ah, pregnant - are ya?'. And she goes, 'don't tell anyone'."
The story prompted a pretty big reaction from his co-hosts with Ali pointing out: "Now you’re saying it on the radio!"
However, Max maintained Taylee's pregnancy was already 'public knowledge'.
Moments later, a producer and pal of Taylee then awkwardly jumped in to inform the pair that Taylee had not announced the news.

"Sorry I’m button pushing here, I’m one of her good friends and she has not told me," the producer said.
After the penny finally dropped, Max attempted to swiftly move on with the show and asked listeners: "Just helping the cause, just helping out our phone calls… Hey, have you guys ever ruined any surprises?"
Since then, Taylee has taken to Instagram to announce the exciting news herself by posting a sweet snap with her husband, Will Paley, holding up a blue and white checked baby grow - prompting speculation that the pair are expecting a baby boy.

She captioned the post: "Buns and choccies have been forced to share the belly this year (which has been no issue). Mini Paley due August."
Fans have since rushed in to share their congratulations for Taylee and Will.
"Good work TJ and Will!" penned one Instagram user.
A second wrote: "OMG that’s the best!! Congrats!"
"Heart is swelling! So happy for you both," gushed a third, while a fourth chimed in: "So exited for you guys!"
Another echoed: "So excited for you two gorgeous humans!! Can’t wait to meet him!"
And a final Instagram user added: "Yay! This is the best news!!"
Congratulations Taylee and Will!
