Amanda Bynes has given a rare insight into her life, after previously choosing to be very private.
The She’s the Man star has given fans a peek at her weight loss journey, following an admission earlier this year that her mental health had played a part.
She posted on Instagram, announcing she is 'Down 6lbs. 154lbs now!' with a shocked emoji.

She had clocked up almost 15,000 steps that day, and was proud of her healthy choices.
Earlier this year, Amanda revealed she had gained weight due to her mental health, and wanted to make some lifestyle changes to try and undo it.

"I've gained over 20lbs in the past few months from being depressed", she wrote on her Instagram Story.
She reassured fans: "I'm doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don't feel like working out or eating clean.
“I weigh 162lbs right now and want to get back to 110lbs", she revealed.
Amanda has started to share more details with fans again of late, like the fact that she is working to get her manicurist license in a change of career.

She was previously hosting a podcast, called Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast.
"Even though the podcast is doing really well and the response has been great, I am going to take a pause on it for now," Amanda said s while ago. "We are not able to get the type of guests that I'd like on the show, say like Jack Harlow, or Drake, or Post Malone, so maybe one day if we're able to get those types of guests we will resume the podcast. But for now I'm taking a pause on it.
"I would rather get my manicurist license and have a consistent job", she added.

She also shared a story about lost love, that's sadly all too relatable for many.
"Am I the only one who's trying to win back their ex through every Instagram post? Let me know if I'm the only one", she wrote in April.
The actor was previously linked to Paul Michael in 2020 and 2021, before being off and on again in 2022.
The pair met in rehab, with Paul telling E! News at the time: "She is a good listener, and we're there for each other. We have the best time and I love spending every second with her. She is the best thing that ever happened to me."
