Amy Schumer certainly didn't mince her words in a new Instagram video this weekend, appearing to fire shots at the Duchess of Sussex in favour of the Kate Middleton.
The 43-year-old comedy star was opening up about her experience taking Wegovy at the time - a Type 2 diabetes drug that has, in recent years, been used as a controversial means of achieving weight loss.
Schumer previously revealed she'd taken the medication - the brand name of which is used for Semaglutide, and also marketed under the name Ozempic - three years ago in an attempt to shed a few pounds.

She claimed, however, that the experience left her 'bedridden'.
Taking to Instagram over the weekend (22 March) to share a self-fronted video, the mother-of-one claimed she'd had a better encounter with Mounjaro (Tirzepatide), which she was prescribed alongside estrogen and progesterone for perimenopause.

Revealing she'd received her prescription via the virtual health clinic Midi Health, she added: "It’s not covered by insurance unless you have diabetes or severe obesity, which most of the internet thinks I have.

"But I’m having a really good experience with it, and I wanted to keep it real with you about that."
Whilst going on to reveal she'd ended up investing in the medication firm, she went on to poke fun at Meghan Markle in an off the cuff comment.
"That’s all I have to say, and I’m not gonna talk any s**t, I’m not gonna stir the pot…" she continued.
"But why don’t we have to call Kate Middleton, Kate of Wales?"
The vibe came in response to a remark the 43-year-old Duchess made during an episode of her recently-released Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, revealing her full official name is actually Meghan Sussex.

Whilst hosting celebrity gal pal Mindy Kaling on the show, The Office actress referred to her as 'Meghan Markle' whilst discussing their favourite fast-food takeaways.
"I don't think anyone in the world knows that Meghan Markle has eaten Jack In The Box and loves it," Khaling laughed, after which Meghan replied, "It's so funny you keep saying Meghan Markle, you know I'm Sussex now."
She went on to say: "You have kids and you go 'No, I share my name with my children'.
"I didn't know how meaningful it would be to me but it just means so much to go 'This is OUR family name. Our little family name'."

Speaking to PEOPLE Magazine ahead of the show's release, the former Suits actress broke the news that she, Harry, five-year-old son Archie and three-year-old daughter Lilibet have all been using 'Sussex' as their official surname for some time.
The Duchess told the news outlet that the name was bestowed on she and Harry by his grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II, on their wedding day.
"It’s our shared name as a family, and I guess I hadn’t recognised how meaningful that would be to me until we had children," she gushed.

"I love that that is something that Archie, Lili, H and I all have together."
