Christian Richard, the estranged husband of Selling Sunset alum Christine Quinn, has made a bizarre demand via a court filing amid their divorce woes.
The pair's marital woes became public in March of this year when Richard was photographed being led out of their home by LAPD officers while dressed in a bathrobe, following an alleged domestic dispute.
He was then apprehended on the charge of assault with a deadly weapon, with police claiming that Richard had thrown a bag containing glass at Quinn but narrowly missed, striking their 3-year-old son, Christian, instead.

Quinn filed a restraining order against her soon to be ex-husband, but he went on to deny the allegations and filed his own restraining order in retaliation.
Richard, who's legal name is Christian Dumontet, has now asked the courts to amend his restraining order against Quinn so he can deal with alleged water damage at the home the couple formerly shared.
Court documents obtained by Page Six show that Richard has asked the court to remove the order that grants Quinn exclusive access to a home in California - because he received 'a utility bill in excess of $10,000'.

The documents, which were filed on 20 August, claim that Richard has been subject to 'daily criminal fines from the Los Angeles Vector Control since July 18, 2024, for the abandonment and lack of upkeep to the property'.
Richard's filing states that not being able to access the property has led to 'thousands of dollars' in fines which he cannot pay due to having no access to the letters.
It adds that he has made attempts to contact the real estate agent’s representation to rectify the issue but has received 'no further communication.'

The filing states: "Mr. Dumontet owns the property alone, as separate property, there is no marital interest in the property, and no funds were co-mingled during the duration of the marriage to have converted the property to community property.
“It is clear that Ms. Quinn is not maintaining the property as the marital home, nor the familial home for the child. Ms. Quinn does not reside at the property, nor has she maintained it since at least July of this year.”
Richard’s attorney, Alexandra Kazarian, said in an email: "Mr. Dumontet also seeks CP reimbursement for the various Hermes bags that were purchased with his separate property ‘as investment items’ at the behest of your client."
The filing also includes photographs of Richard also included images of the property mailbox, which appears to be filled with late payment notices and tickets from the Los Angeles Vector Control.

Quinn's legal team deny claims of water damage.
The Netflix star's lawyer, Jacqueline Sparagna responded to Kazarian in an email: "There is no water damage or emergency at the house. We believe this is just an unpaid LADWP bill that hasn’t been paid for months."
Richard filed for divorce from Quinn in April, citing 'irreconcilable differences.'

Further, he is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their son.
