At long last, Drew Barrymore has finally addressed the super awkward moment when Martha Stewart pushed her off during an interview.
Now, as we all know, the 49-year-old Charlie's Angels actress has a touchy-feely approach to conducting her interviews with various Hollywood A-listers on her chat show, The Drew Barrymore Show.
Last year however, Drew, who is known for being a fan of physical touch, sat down with the famous TV chef as she promoted her latest cookbook - titled Martha: The Cookbook: 100 Favorite Recipes, with Lessons and Stories from My Kitchen.
Drew asked Martha, 83, if there’s anything that makes her feel 'soft and gooey'.

Confused by the question, Martha replied: "Soft and gooey … treatment."
"Soft and gooey treatment,” Drew repeated, touching her guest's shoulder.
"When you’re treated like a lady," the talk show host added.
"Yes, it’s nice," Martha said as Drew began stroking her arm and back.

The chef then put a stop to Drew's skit by saying: "You're the wrong gender," and jokingly pushed her away.
Drew then responded: "I know!" before falling back on the sofa in a dramatic fashion.

She's since opened up about the awkward moment on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen earlier this week on Wednesday (5 February).

"You know what? I think she was just teasing," Drew revealed before explaining that she's come to the understanding that Martha 'really does like' her.
"I think the internet just misunderstood the moment and ran with it, because when I first was getting to know her, I was like, 'I don’t think she likes me, but I think I broke through'. She doesn’t dislike me!" she added.
Over on Netflix, Martha was at the centre of a documentary about her career. The documentary even covered her stint at Alderson Federal Prison back in 2004. Admittedly, she wasn't all too pleased about the second half of the film.
Speaking of it, she said: "The trial and the actual incarceration was less than two years out of an 83-year life.

"I considered it a vacation, to tell you the truth."
She also blasted the decision of director R.J. Cutler to put 'lousy classical' music in the film, rather than her requested rap music.
However, she did enjoy the first half: "I love the first half of the documentary. It gets into things that many people don’t know anything about, which is what I like about it."
