Fans of hit-maker Britney Spears are once again fearing for her wellbeing following the upload of a particularly erratic social media clip.
The 43-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday (8 Apr) to share a video of herself taking to the camera.
In the clip, the mother-of-two could be seen calling out a number of 'fake friends', who she accused of criticising her looks.

"I feel so sorry for you guys," Britney slammed, bringing up another video she recently shared. "I thought my hair was beautiful and I do have a cold and it has affected my voice.
"And I have been held back from going to Mexico for four months and since flying and traveling is the main thing for my health and well-being, I do have a small virus. They will do anything to keep me from living my life and in my highest manner."
Despite her plea, in sharing her video, the 'Toxic' singer has sparked the type of concern she referenced in it, with many fans taking to the comments to point out her dishevelled hair and smudged eye make-up.

Some also commented on the brittle appearance of her teeth and nails, expressing their concerns.
Resharing the most recent video online, one heartbroken fan penned: "I don’t understand how the world just continues to watch one of the most famous people in the world, Britney Spears deteriorate like this and no one can help her."
"Years and years of abuse from the elites as she grew up. Therapy can't help her now. So sad," another wrote.
"Her family destroyed her.. I don’t think there’s a fix.." one confessed.

Another admitted: "I think trauma is tormenting her more than anything else, who knows what she must have gone through.
"I hope she gets better."
The musician was placed under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie, in 2008 after a judge deemed that she was no longer in a fit state to make decisions surrounding her own wellbeing - including her personal life and career.

As reported by the Independent, the decision was made following a public breakdown in the early noughties.
In the years that followed, the #FreeBritney campaigned formed by the public argued that the terms of the agreement were immoral, leading a judge to review her case, and end the conservatorship in 2021.
As seen, a number of fans have this week attributed her conservatorship as an explanation for his controversial new behaviour.
Others, meanwhile, suggested that her father being her legal guardian may have actually been the best thing for her.

One postulated: "This is so sad. Her father deserves 'some' apologies - it’s hard now not to see why he may have been the better choice. NOT all the terms…but then again, here we are."
Another agreed: "Letting a documentary create public pressure to undo her conservatorship was a huge mistake."
"She probably needs to go back under her parents care," continued another.
A fourth went on: "Well everyone fought for her conservatorship to end...her family was helping her. She's on her own now."
