Jamie Lee Curtis has applauded Pamela Anderson after the star attended Paris Fashion Week without wearing any makeup.
On 1 October, the Knives Out actor took to social media to praise Anderson, 56, for heading to Isabel Marant’s Paris Fashion Week show on 28 September.
Posting a picture of the Baywatch actor on her Instagram, Curtis, 64, wrote: “THE NATURAL BEAUTY REVOLUTION HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!

“@pamelaanderson in the middle of fashion week with so many pressures and postures.”
Continuing to celebrate Anderson's bold move, the Halloween star told her six million followers: “This woman showed up and claimed her seat at the table with nothing on her face.
“I am so impressed and floored by this act of courage and rebellion.”

Interestingly, this is not the only show that Anderson has opted to go barefaced for. On September 28 and 29, she went bare-faced to attend Victoria Beckham and Vivienne Westwood's shows.
Since Curtis posted her sentiment on social media, fans and famous faces alike have taken to the comments section to give their opinion.
Cruel Intentions actor Selma Blair wrote: “Love this. Beautiful self assuredness.”

“And she was GLOWING,” commented Michelle Visage.
Chelsea Handler wrote: “That’s pretty iconic.”
Elsewhere, one fan took to the comments and wrote: “She’s got a different kind of beauty without the makeup.
"I’m a dumb man, so can’t find my words for it. (I own up to my shortcomings, lol) But I’m happy when anyone embraces their body for what it is! Go Pamela!”

A second said: “And she’s even more beautiful without the makeup.”
However, not everyone believed that the mother-of-two deserved her flowers for going makeup-free.
“Hate that this is an 'act of courage and rebellion' ridiculous,” said one user.

A second agreed: “It's a testament to how f’ed up we are as a society that women in public sans makeup is viewed as a sign of courage and rebellion. I hope future generations are able to do a hard reset on priorities.”
Last month, the iconic actor got candid about her new minimalist look with Elle Magazine.
In an interview, the Naked Souls star said: “I did notice that there were all these people doing big makeup looks and it's just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite.
“I think we all start looking a little funny when we get older. I'm kind of laughing at myself when I look at the mirror. I go, 'Wow, this is really...what's happening to me?' It's a journey."
Anderson also stated that going fresh-faced feels 'freeing, and fun, and a little bit rebellious too'.
Elsewhere in the interview, the 56-year-old revealed that the death of her friend Alexis Vogel had been the deciding factor in going fresh-faced for good.
“She was the best,” speaking about the makeup artist, who died of breast cancer in 2019.
“And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s better for me not to wear makeup.”
