Just a day after announcing their divorce, it's been revealed that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner had already sold their sprawling Miami mansion.
News emerged yesterday (September 6) that the actor and Jonas Brothers bandmate called it quits after almost four years of marriage.
However, the couple had already listed their luxurious Miami pad in December 2022, with the ocean-side property worth a staggering £12 million ($15m).

According to Insider, the Bay-View home has already been sold and was snapped up just three weeks ago.
It’s unsurprising given that the home came with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two pools.
Sadly, Turner and Jonas spent less than two years at the luxurious home having originally bought it back in 2021.

Decked in seventies-inspired décor, it features plush velvet sofas, print wallpaper and a lot of houseplants to give it a tropical feel.
The Bay Point property also comes with an insane amount of amenities, including a 94-foot private dock.
As well as that, it even boasts a jacuzzi and a pool, with a separate smaller kiddie pool for the couple’s two toddlers.

There's also an on-site spa, games room and a bar with indoor and outdoor access.
Nestled away in a gated community, the incredible home was initially listed for £15 million before selling for £12million.
Though it’s interesting to get an insight into the lives of the rich and famous, the news comes less than 24 hours after the power couple announced their divorce.

Over the weekend, there had been intense speculation about Turner and Jonas’ relationship are outlets reported that the musician had filed for divorce.
Among them, TMZ had claimed Jonas had submitted a legal paper to the Miami-Dade County Court.
The outlet claimed that the paperwork said 'the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken'.
It also alleged that their young daughters had been living in Miami with Jonas, with the legal document asking for both parties to have ‘shared parental responsibility'.

Having stayed silent for several days, the couple confirmed the news yesterday (Sept 6) and shared a joint statement on their social media accounts.
It read: "Statement from the two of us: After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage.
"There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."
