Kelly Osbourne said the controversial comment she'd made on The View in 2015 'the most dumb thing' she's ever said in public.
If you've been living under a rock since 2015 - or simply need a refresher - let us remind you of exactly what Kelly said that got her a lot of backlash.
Appearing on the female-led US panel show (which is essentially America's answer to Loose Women) back then, invited guest Kelly and her co-stars were discussing Donald Trump's newly proposed immigration policy, launched ahead of his Presidential election.
A matter of minutes into the discussion, in an attempt to call out Trump, the mother-of-one says: "If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?" before attempting to backtrack after realising her mistake and leaving her co-hosts in a state of shock.

After her Puerto Rican co-host, Rosie Perez, called out her comment by saying that Latino people are 'not the only people who clean toilets', Kelly was quick to try and explain her comment.
"I didn't mean it like that, come on. I would never mean it like that. I'm not part of this argument," she insisted.
She later wrote a lengthy statement to 'take responsibility' for her 'poor choice of words'.

"I want to start by saying I ALWAYS take responsibility for my actions. In this particular case I will take responsibility for my poor choice of words but I will not apologise for being a racist as I am NOT." she said.
"It is my hope that this situation will open up a conversation about immigration and the Latin community as a whole."
And this week, a now 39-year-old Kelly has confessed that she still feels ashamed of her comment nine years later.
Speaking on the latest instalment of her family's The Osbourne's podcast, the on-screen star was asked by her brother, Jack Osbourne, about the 'worst, stupidest, most dumb thing' she'd ever publicly said, to which she quickly admitted her remark on The View was by far the most embarrassing.

"Oh I know mine without question, it was The View," she said. "I tried to pull some sarcastic humour, and it came out really wrong, and I offended... Oh yeah, mine was a total mistake."
This isn't the first time The Osbournes star has spoken about the incident, however.
Back in January, she told Rolling Stone that it was the 'most cringe moment of her entire life'.

"It hurt a lot of people, and that to me, is by far makes it the worst thing I’ve ever done." Kelly said.
"I realized that I’m not great on live TV and that words are so powerful. And to be labeled as something you’re not is really difficult. But it happened.
"There’s nothing I can do."
