Fans think Kylie Jenner failed to 'understand' a joke made by David Tennant at the BAFTAs, as she accompanied her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet.
Celebrities attending award shows have the possibility of being the butt of a joke from time to time, and David Tennant hosting last night's (16 February) BAFTAs did not disappoint.
The Scottish actor made his way around the audience in a kilt, kicking the event off by running around London’s Royal Festival Hall singing 'I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)'.

It certainly set the tone for the night, and Tennant made his way to introduce some of the stars in attendance.
Timothée Chalamet had flown in from the US with girlfriend Kylie Jenner, after being nominated for Leading Actor for his role in the Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown.
And while he failed to secure the win in his category, fans enjoyed a rather strange moment the couple shared with Tennant.

The host couldn't resist making a gag about the viral Chalamet lookalike competition that took place in New York City in October last year.
But it isn't just the Wonka actor that a lookalike competition has been held for, as there was also one in London for Harry Styles in 2024.
Approaching Jenner and Chalamet sat in the audience, Tennant said: "Here is someone else who deserves a special mention.
"We're very lucky enough to be joined tonight by the runner-up in the recent Timothée Chalamet lookalike contest in New York. Welcome to the BAFTAs."

Shaking the actor's hand, he added: "There is a definite likeness there."
But Tennant didn't stop there.

He took things further, as he turned to Jenner and said: "Good attention to detail - you're with a Kylie Jenner lookalike!"

To which The Kardashians star replied: "It's me!"
Fans were quick to realise that it appeared Jenner hadn't quite understood the joke, as one said: "I genuinely think Kylie didn’t even get that joke."
Another spotted the reaction and said: "She really didn’t get his joke though."
Others added that they actually loved the crossover between the Kardashian-Jenner world and the Doctor Who icon.

"Didn't ever think I'd see David Tennant and Kylie Jenner interact but here we are," one noted.
Someone else commented: "Kylie Jenner doesn’t understand she’s in the presence of Doctor Who Royalty… and it shows."
The celebrity couple reportedly started dating in April 2023 but didn't go public with their relationship until September.
