Louise Thompson's fiancé Ryan Libbey has today revealed that the Made In Chelsea star is set to undergo emergency surgery after being rushed to hospital.
This marks the mum-of-one's third stint in hospital this year, after suffering another major blow to her health.
As well as being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis back in 2018 - the chronic inflammation of the lower end of the digestive system - 34-year-old Thompson has been battling severe health issues since the birth of her first child three years later.

The reality star was hospitalised for two weeks after suffering a haemorrhage and losing three litres of blood during labour after she had a tear in her womb during an emergency caesarian.
She was also diagnosed with both post-traumatic stress disorder and lupus in the weeks that followed, and has kept her fans in the loop with her health ever since.
Tragically, however, despite having made major strides with her mental health over the last year, Thompson was hospitalised twice in February following huge setbacks in her physical wellbeing.

Her husband-to-be and former MIC co-star Ryan Libbey revealed at the time that she'd been kept in hospital for two weeks after having a stoma bag fitted.
Sadly, however, Thompson has been rushed in for emergency surgery again after suffering with severe stomach pain, with Libbey telling listeners of the couple's popular podcast, 'I don't know how much more she can take.'
"Sadly Louise is not here this week," the fitness instructor explained, adding that she'd gone into septic shock at 3.30am nine days earlier.
"She had to go back into hospital almost two weeks ago for another emergency operation in the same tummy area that she's been recovering from since earlier this year with her stoma surgery. It was completely unexpected."

Libbey went on to admit he 'can't believe' that his family have once again been plunged into such an uncertain situation.
"My heart beat is skipping around all over the place which is an indication of how heavy and raw it all feels," he continued. "It's very unexpected and a difficult pill to swallow.
"It's completely broken me. Her recovery has been up and down. Post-surgery she was in septic shock, which shows the severity of how bad things got."

Appearing on ITV chat-show Loose Women back in September, Thompson looked back on her health journey over the last three years.
"No one really knew how to support me," she recalled of the months following her son Leo's birth. "I couldn't function at all.
"The lights were on but no one was home. Someone had turned a dimmer switch on my entire life. It's not just buy a new dress, have a cup of tea, have a bath. All of your senses are off."
She went on to admit: "I thought, if I could pretend, I'd get there one day. It was a traumatic time for everyone. I couldn't really speak for a while; I was non-verbal. I could just write, so some of that went into the book.

"It was hard, and I think my family did everything they could."
Thompson added: "I was very sick, and I came very close to dying. A lot of it has left me very scarred.
"I would say to Ryan, I want to get better because I love you. I didn't feel it, I wanted to die. I said if I can pretend then maybe I'll get there one day."
